Payment errors, non-delivery, cancellation and mandatory consumer rights.
Scope and contact
This policy covers Premium Listing, Review Article and promotional services sold directly by Pulltip. Send requests to info@pulltip.com with your order reference, account email and the issue. Do not send card numbers. The policy is subject to final legal review and does not remove any mandatory right or remedy.
Payment is not delivery
An order is paid only after Stripe confirms a completed payment to the backend. Publication, promotion delivery and article preparation are separate service states. A paid receipt or a browser checkout success screen is not proof that every part of the service has been delivered.
If a service cannot be provided, we will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include completion, correction, replacement delivery or a refund for the undelivered part, subject to applicable law and the agreed service. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
Premium Listing
A Premium purchase can include a permanent public listing and a defined Featured or Global Launch window. If payment succeeds but activation fails, contact us so we can correct it or resolve non-delivery. A refund assessment distinguishes the listing already supplied from any promotional service not supplied.
Low traffic, a lack of sales or a search-ranking outcome alone is not non-delivery of a service that made no such guarantee. Explicit contractual delivery guarantees and mandatory consumer remedies still apply.
Review Article
A Review Article order can include AI-assisted preparation, revisions under the offer and publication after customer approval. We distinguish an unstarted order, a draft already prepared and an article already approved and published. Cancellation or refund rights depend on the actual work, agreed terms and applicable law, rather than merely on payment completion.
If the promised article or publication cannot be provided, or an error or material defect is not resolved, contact us for an appropriate remedy. We do not require approval of false claims, and purchasing a review does not guarantee positive coverage.
Duplicate charges, errors and guaranteed campaigns
Report duplicated, unauthorized or incorrect charges promptly. We will check the payment records with Stripe and correct confirmed errors. Do not submit repeated checkout attempts to resolve a delayed browser redirect.
A guaranteed impression campaign follows its documented recovery rule. Extensions and remaining-impression credits are recorded separately from delivered results; they do not manufacture impressions. A proportionate monetary refund, where due, requires review of the actual paid order and the applicable legal/contractual entitlement. Simulated events are never used to deny a refund.
Consumer rights and processing
European consumers may have withdrawal rights for distance contracts, commonly a 14-day period subject to the relevant service/content rules. Early service performance, any proportional charges and any valid loss of a withdrawal right require the information, express requests and acknowledgments required by law. Pulltip does not assume that payment or a preselected box waives those rights.
Other applicable US state or national consumer protections also remain in force. If the current checkout has not captured a legally required request or acknowledgment, this policy does not create one retroactively.
When a monetary refund is agreed or legally required, it is processed through the appropriate payment route, normally the original payment method. Provider processing times vary. We will communicate the outcome and any practical steps; an exact processing deadline is not invented here.
